Lux et Cura Foundation is a San Francisco–based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and community members by supporting volunteer-driven service, education, and community initiatives that promote health, well-being, and social responsibility. We foster a strong sense of community by supporting direct service projects, youth leadership development, and collaborative efforts that encourage individuals to actively participate in creating positive and lasting social change.
Grounded in San Francisco, Lux et Cura Foundation channels local energy, skills, and generosity into meaningful, hands-on service that supports neighbors and uplifts youth.
We support the design and launch of hands-on service projects that enable youth and community members to show up for one another—through service events, mentoring, and practical acts of care.
Our work is intentionally local, collaborative, and flexible, allowing volunteers to contribute in ways that align with their time, interests, and abilities.
Our early programs focus on tangible, high-touch efforts that build connection, care, and community trust.
